As the High School student population, along with their families were becoming more Internet savvy, Career Education Corporation needed a comprehensive High School marketing website solution to replace some of its out-dated print collateral.
Traditionally, Career Education Corporations admissions representatives would meet interested students during High School campus visits around the country. Interested students were handed some print material and directed to a particular college’s website where a student could get more information and fill out an online admissions application.
As the High School student population and their families were becoming more Internet savvy, CEC determined that it needed a comprehensive High School marketing website solution for all of it’s college and university campuses.
This was a tall order. CEC had nearly 100 colleges and universities that their High School admissions team supported and the prospect of building 100 individual websites seemed to be out of the question from a budget and timing perspective.
Direct Response Web Solutions worked with their High School admissions team to develop an information and design structure that would make launching a High School Micro-site for each campus a reality.
Using a shared set of content that was uniquely targeted to perspective high school graduates and their parents, DRWS built a site framework and visual style that could easily be modified to create a unique visual experience for each college and university campus. Each website had interchangeable graphic imagery reflecting geographic location, program offerings, and student population.
Over a 4-week period, DRWS designed nearly 100 High School admissions website for each campus in CEC’s American Intercontinental University, Gibbs College, International School of Design & Technology, Le Cordon Bleu Schools of North America, Sandford Brown, and Briarcliffe College divisions.
