The Sterno® Brand, the first flame in the foodservice industry, wanted to build a customer rewards program aimed at the catering industry through a micro-site and third party reward management program.

Sterno, the world’s #1 brand in chafing fuels, teamed with DRWS to develop the CaterPlus Club membership and rewards website. The web creative is piggy-backed off the Sterno® Brand standards, which are well-known in the industry, in order to gain instant recognition and credibility.

To emphasize the exclusivity of the Club and make it more enticing to become a member, we incorporated catering focused images and catchy marketing content. DRWS implemented single sign-on (SSO) integration with an external rewards redemption and management site. Visitors logged into CaterPlus are given immediate access to "member-only" content as well as their account details at the external rewards site.

DRWS worked closely with Sterno to ensure the seamless execution of this marketing initiative and is actively working to fill the channel with useful and value-added information for current members and prospects.
