Villa Park Office Equipment (VPOE) is located in the western suburbs of Chicago and is a major distributor of top quality, new, pre-owned and refurbished office furniture. From major corporations, public agencies, schools and churches, banks, small businesses to home offices, VPOE has the resources to furnish the needs of small companies and large corporations in a wide range of industries.

Serving its clients by creating better work environments coupled with exceptional customer service is at the heart of Villa Park's mission. In an effort to go beyond just the sale, VPOE wanted to grow and expand its family of websites to better serve its clients and extend its dedication to customer service online as well as on the sales floor.

VPOE had several websites for its various divisions: a main corporate website, an e-commerce website and an interior design website.

The first project DRWS partnered with VPOE to tackle was the e-commerce website, 2yourdoorshipsin4.com, which exclusively sells Hon chairs for low prices and offers free shipping on all domestic orders. DRWS consulted with the VPOE team to define the limitations of its current e-commerce platform and find solutions using the Drupal e-commerce platform, Ubercart.

Through a thorough discovery and development process, DRWS was able to rebuild the 2yourdoorshipsin4.com website using Ubercart's expandable functionality more affordably than simply trying to triage VPOE's existing e-commerce system.
