Villa Park Office Equipment (VPOE) was not satisfied with the limitations of its e-commerce platform and was looking for a web-consultant to not only redesign the 2 Your Door Ships In 4 website, but enhance the product display options, store funcationality and work around the current system.

DRWS reviewed the team's wish list and weighed the cost to band-aid the system in place against the benefit of rebuilding the site completely using the Drupal platform and the Ubercart e-commerce system.

Utilizing Drupal, we were able to provide VPOE with a solution that provides value through an integrated content management system and shopping cart as well as reduce the redundancy in product entry and store administration.

As for the redesign, the e-commerce site sells exclusively Hon chairs at a reduced price with quick shipping terms. DRWS used subtle tones and red as an accent color to not distract from the vibrant color options of the chairs and to let the call-to-action graphics and homepage banner standout to the viewer.

The goal of the 2 Your Door Ships In 4 redesign is to build sales through an easy-to-navigate, visually appealing site that allows users to quickly find the perfect chair to meet their needs and place an order through a secure process. DRWS provided consulting services to determine the information architecture and out-of-the-box Drupal modules to best make this goal a reality.
