Uhler Dental is a provider of dental lab supplies located in Chicago Illinois. They engaged Direct Response Web Solutions to initially redesign their website. We worked closely with Uhler Dental staff to identify key website users, business requirements and visual design guidelines for their new website.
For budget considerations, we recommended focusing on the marketing of key products in their overall catalog. Since this website was their first entrance into selling on the internet, Uhler Dental decided to handle phone orders exclusively. This initial website was launched in 2005 and by all accounts was successful.

Catalog Design
In 2006 with the growing success of their
website, Uhler Dental invited DRWS to use our catalog design expertise to redesign their out-of-date print catalog. This project was considerably more complex than their website project, as it included their entire inventory of denture and dental lab products.
To keep the catalog current, the decision was made to create a cover with a folder in the back to receive print-on-demand pricing sheets. The resulting 4-color catalog is more useful than their previous marketing material and will achieve greater return on their printing investment over time.
E-Commerce Web Design
As an example of our dedication to long-term partnerships, in 2007 DRWS began the integration of the Miva Merchant e-commerce system into their dental industry website. With the launch of their new e-commerce website, Uhler Dental is positioned for further growth. By capturing online product orders, they expect to achieve greater profit, decreased overhead for phone personnel, and better inventory control.
