Biography: David grew up in Harvey, Illinois, taking a wide array of art classes and dismantling unattended electronic devices. He attended Northern Illinois University, studying Electrical Engineering and Physics. While at NIU, David was an active member of the Robotics Club, Fencing Club, IEEE, ASE, and the International Microelectronics and Packaging Society. It was during his time at NIU that David started a tech repair shop in downtown DeKalb that has grown and expanded over the past 14 years to become Armor Technologies Local IT Department and Internet Marketing—a business providing repair of computers, cell phones, and other general electronics, as well as new computers, servers, internet marketing, web hosting, data back up, and a wide range of related IT services.

Biography: Miles grew up in Rochelle, IL, then moved to DeKalb, IL the middle of his Sophmore year of high school. Shortly after graduating from DeKalb High School, he attended ITT Tech to follow his passion of repairing electronics. He initially got into
repairing devices at a young age because he wanted to be like Donatello from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He also got into repairs because his siblings would break various game console controllers, leaving Miles no choice but to fix them since their mother wasn't just going to buy them a new one. Biography: Stephen grew up throughout the Midwest. He began dabbling in web development at the age of thirteen, and has been actively programming for the last five years. He attended University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, Arkansas and has been programming ridiculous experiments since a young age. He had the honor of creating The Worst Calculator, which is available for free on Google Play. In his work for Armor he has a strong emphasis on data systems and security. He has written many of the foundational systems behind Arrow 6.x, as well as the Chain-Mail Site Security System protecting many of Armor's clients. His work has enabled Armor Techs to expand its services greatly in the Internet Security and Data Aggregation sectors.

Biography: Ryan was born in the suburbs, but shortly after moved Oregon, Illinois where he was raised. With a passion for learning, he quickly became involved in basically anything he could to get more knowledge - including Robotics Club, Student Council, and Academic Bowl. His passion quickly reared its head in Computer Gaming, and he built his first gaming computer from parts he bought with a summer job at nine years old. This gaming computer started the addiction, and he has been hooked on the tech world ever since. He's an NIU graduate with a BS in Computer Science with minors in marketing and business administration, with his goal being technical marketing - understanding the product inside-and-out so he can pitch it to everyone ...

Biography: Marin moved to Batavia, IL as a child after a brief stint in Melbourne, Australia with her family. She attended school in the area until she decided to enroll at Northern Illinois University. Upon arriving at NIU and (finally) settling on a major, she became an active member of the Public Relations Student Society of America where she discovered her passion for all things marketing. Marin’s dedication to a social media schedule and getting our client’s posts seen has been one of her main drives since starting her career at Armor Techs. Biography: Kevin was born in Chicago and raised in Oak Forest, Illinois. He studied English, Philosophy, and Women’s Studies extensively at Northern Illinois University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He has a passion for books, well-written films and television.

Biography: Nicholas was born in Elgin, Il on July 10, 1983. He was raised by his mother and father. His father was an electrical/mechanical engineer for Sun Micro Systems. As a young boy, Nick found his passion for computers by watching and learning from his father. As he got older his curiosity for technology only grew. He got his first tech job working at an internet service provider in Cary, IL. Where he was a support technician helping customers get online. Biography: Ashley is from Tinley Park, Illinois. At a young age, she developed a passion for art which eventually lead to her decision to pursue a degree in Visual Communications. Before college, Ashley was determined to pursue a career in art, but was not sure how to create a viable career. After learning that graphic design was a very diverse and influential field in the art community, her path was set. Art Northern Illinois University, Ashley takes graphic design, interaction design, typography and other art courses to develop skills as a designer. Biography: Jeremy was born and raised in and around Rockford. He spent a few years living in Minneapolis Minnesota before moving to Dekalb to attend college and currently resides in downtown Naperville. While at NIU, he became an active member of the NIU Triathlon tream, international organizations and volunteered for many service projects in the area. Jeremy has a pashion for the performing arts and has been involved in various productions at the Starlight Theater and Carnegie Hall. In the past year, he has spent time in Boston, MA and gone backpacking in the Colorado Rockies. As the newest member, he believes his skills as a Mathematician and in Finance will be a good resource to the Armor Techs team.
